To achieve standout performance, every tube on the TCA-1 is the product of countless optimisation cycles targeted at pushing the boundaries of what is possible for an aluminium frame. Exploiting the full range of hydroforming, taper butting and CNC machining technologies to create something truly special.

To build a confidence inspiring ride, steering and braking performance are key. The TCA-1 features a double butted top tube and triple butted down tube mated to a super stiff 1-1/8th” to 1.5″ tapered head-tube. Not content with only that, the Tresca engineers have added wide section gusset to take handling to the next level.

Tapered chain stays, a flared seat tube, and a wide down tube base combine to provide a superiorly stiff bottom bracket for exceptional pedalling performance.

Up front our aerospace-grade carbon fibre composite fork with tapered steerer provides reliable comfortable control. The carbon fibre composite fork delivers the perfect blend of high strength to weight and also helps to reduce road buzz for a more comfortable cockpit.

For reliability, serviceability, and squeak free happy riding, the TCA-1 features a tried and tested threaded BB.

To keep things neat and tidy, the bespoke internal cable routing has been carefully engineered to allow simple installation and keep cables protected.

The TCA-1 features dropped seat stays to increase vertical compliance and improve ride comfort. Moving up the seat stays, we arrive at the tuned 25.4 seat tube optimised using the latest FEA technology. The seat tube features a unique fin profile used to control deflection in the mid to upper section and fine tune the balance between pedalling efficiency and comfort.
