Delivery

We endeavour to deliver your new bicycle as quickly as possible. Our proactive business model has been developed so that you get the latest and greatest engineered bicycle directly from us. This means that we will build your bicycle especially for you which takes time. Please follow our pre-ordering process – and we will provide a reasonable estimated delivery date on our ordering page.  For reliability we have chosen UPS as our worldwide shipping partner. You will be provided by UPS with a unique tracking number upon shipment. Please note that any damage upon delivery must be reported to both Tresca and UPS, in each case within 24 hours of receipt by you of the bicycle.

Please note, we will always declare the full value of each shipment and import customs fees and/or taxes will need to be paid by the customer for any orders delivered outside of the UK/EU (VAT is removed for outside of the UK/EU orders at checkout). For the avoidance of doubt, Tresca will not be liable for import fees and/or taxes (or equivalent) for orders delivered outside of the UK/EU. These charges are not included in the amount you pay to us. Your bike may be held by your local customs office or UPS until this is paid.
