Terms and Conditions:
Upon receipt by Tresca Bicycles Limited (“Tresca”, “we” or “us”) of your full payment for goods, a contract will be formed between you (the customer) and us (the “Contract”). We will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of any stock miscalculations and a full refund will be returned to the customer if we are unable to fulfill the order quote. The following subheadings outline our service to you and the contractual terms which shall be incorporated into the Contract.
Tresca is a private limited company registered in England and Wales with registration number 10436434 having its registered office at 22 Gage Road, London, England, E16 4PP and VAT registration number of 292527679. We have professional design and engineering experience working in the leading aerospace and automotive industrial sectors. We pride ourselves on our engineering know-how and providing extremely well engineered bicycles direct-to-market. Because of this, we can provide direct-to-customer insight into the design and development process of our bicycles!

We at Tresca value your privacy. As such, we comply with all laws and regulations on data protection, including The General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (as amended) (the “GDPR”). We will never disclose any of our customers’ information to third parties other than to UPS or such other courier who handles the delivery of your new bicycle, or otherwise as required by law, order or legal process. The only data we require from our customers is their order details and delivery details.

We endeavour to deliver your new bicycle as quickly as possible. Our proactive business model has been developed so that that you get the latest and greatest engineered bicycle directly from us. This means that we will build your bicycle especially for you which takes time. Please follow our pre-ordering process – and we will provide a reasonable estimated delivery date on our ordering page. For reliability we have chosen UPS as our worldwide shipping partner. You will be provided by UPS with a unique tracking number upon shipment. Please note that any damage upon delivery must be reported to both Tresca and UPS, in each case within 24 hours of receipt by you of the bicycle.
Please note, we will always declare the full value of each shipment and import customs fees and/or taxes will need to be paid by the customer for any orders delivered outside of the UK/EU (VAT is removed for outside of the UK/EU orders at checkout). For the avoidance of doubt, Tresca will not be liable for import fees and/or taxes (or equivalent) for orders delivered outside of the UK/EU. These charges are not included in the amount you pay to us. Your bike may be held by your local customs office or UPS until this is paid.
We want you to enjoy and ride happily until the cows come home. If for some reason your Tresca frameset won’t let you do this, we offer a one-year limited warranty (from the date of purchase of your bicycle) on the build quality and workmanship of our frames and forks to the original owner. We offer a repair or replacement for any material damage to the frame or fork within this period with no shipping costs to the customer. This does not affect your statutory rights. This warranty is made void in its entirety by any modification of the frame or fork. Please note, our bicycles are designed for up to 110kg maximum rider weight (under certain circumstances, this permissible maximum weight can be further limited by the component manufacturers’ recommendations for use), and are not intended for racing, each of which will invalidate the warranty coverage. We carefully package all of our products for dispatch so that your bicycle arrives to you in perfect condition. We accept reasonable returns for any material defects which may have occurred during delivery to you and which were reported to Tresca and UPS within 24 hours of receipt by you of your bicycle. Please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team will be happy to assist in investigating whether you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement. We will need proof of purchase and this process can only be done within 30 days of receipt by you of your bicycle, so please check your bicycle carefully upon arrival. Please note that any damage noticed upon delivery must be reported to UPS or such other courier who handles the delivery of your bicycle within 24 hours of receipt.
If for any reason you are not happy with your bicycle, you can return it provided it is in unused condition, within 30 days of purchase. Once we have received the item and inspected it to ensure it is in as new condition, we will provide a full refund.
